We found the good stuff! Connect to small producers from Italy’s wine country by enjoying what we import from the other side of the vineyard. These unique items are not available in most stores. Single-estate extra virgin olive oils, specialty pastas, balsamic vinegars, rare honeys, and boutique Tuscan and Sicilian juices grace our gift boxes we so carefully assemble. This is the hard to find, high quality products usually only tasted at the winery with the makers. Our boxes are in limited quantity due to the seasonality of our products. Yes, this means we guarantee we will run out of products shown here and will be consistently offering new boxes as we gather them.

Our Story
From the Other Side of the Vineyard
Allocated Specialties began with a simple mission; bring the artisanal quality foods that were available at estate wineries to the United States. After 20 years in the wine distribution and restaurant business, three friends discovered this need while on several tours of wineries throughout France, Italy and Spain. In 2020, these friends began importing single-estate Extra Virgin Olive Oils in small quantities, along with pastas, jams, honey, and vinegars. These culinary delights are available in gift boxes that transport you to the other side of the vineyard, one taste at a time.
